Square Cross Flow Open Cooling Tower
YKH Series
  • High-Range Cooling (Range > 18°C): Cross-flow design allows fill to be built very high without increasing airflow resistance — ideal for demanding temperature drops (e.g. 55°C down to 35°C or lower)
  • Deep-Cooling Industrial Processes: Fill heights of 5.5m to 15m+ enable efficient high-capacity cooling for steel processing, paper manufacturing, and rubber production
  • High-Temperature Wastewater Applications: Grid-type fill is easy to clean without shutting down the unit — extends applicable turbidity up to 450 ppm, preferred choice for challenging water conditions

  • Special sloped trapezoidal wave fill — excellent thermal performance, low airflow resistance, compact structure, small footprint
  • Wing-type hollow FRP fan blades — large diameter, low speed, low dynamic pressure — energy saving and low noise
  • Ultra-low noise design with noise reduction devices at air inlets/outlets and spray zone — reduces noise by 5 dB(A) vs. standard units
  • Flexible parallel connection — ideal for large-volume circulating cooling water systems
  • Fixed water distribution system with ABS multi-layer low-pressure spray nozzles — uniform distribution, long service life, low pressure head — saving pumping power
  • Frame options: Q-235 steel or FRP. FRP offers longer service life and lower maintenance; user selectable
  • For circulating water with prolonged turbidity >50 ppm or oil/grease contamination, PVC grid fill is recommended — extends applicable turbidity up to 450 ppm
